How We Handle The Data You Share
This page explains what cty999 collects when you create an account, what we do with it, and how long we keep it. We wrote it in plain English...
What This Policy Actually Covers
cty999 processes personal data on the basis of consent, contract and legitimate interest, and applies the same standard whether you open the lobby from Lahore, Karachi or anywhere else we serve where local law permits. In supported regions we collect the minimum needed to verify your age, confirm your identity, settle a transfer through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast, and keep your
account secure. Some rights differ by jurisdiction: within Pakistan you can ask for a copy of your data, request a correction, or close your account and have identifying records removed. Where a regulator or a court requires a record to be held, we keep only that record. We revisit this policy whenever we add a transfer rail, and the version stamp shows
which text applies.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
The Practices Behind Our Promises
This policy is written by the team that runs cty999 accounts, not handed to an outside agency. A second reader approves every change before it appears here, and we keep a dated...
Data We Ask For
We collect your name, date of birth, mobile number and email to open an account, then add transfer references only when money moves through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast.
Encryption In Transit
Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection, covering sign-in, chat messages and payment confirmations, so an account number is never readable between your device and our servers.
Access On Task Only
Only staff with a live task can open a customer record, and each viewing is logged against their login. Permissions go the same day someone changes role or leaves.
Retention Window
Account details stay with us while your profile is open, and for a set period afterwards where records must be kept. Anything past that window is deleted, not kept on file.
Processors We Use
Transfer handling and identity checks run through named providers bound by contract to use your details only for the task we assign them, never for their own marketing or resale.
Page Revisions
When we add a transfer rail or a new lobby area, we revisit this page and move the version stamp. Material changes reach you by email or an in-account alert, never silently.
Matching Our Sister Documents
You should not have to reconcile two versions of the same promise. Whatever you read on this page carries into our account terms, cookie statement and security pages...
| This Policy | The baseline for everything else. Data collection, retention, your rights and how to reach us all sit here, and other pages point back to this wording rather than repeat it. |
|---|---|
| Account Terms | Covers the rules of holding a profile with us — verification, one account per person, and the reasons access may be paused. Its data clauses follow this wording word for word. |
| Cookie Statement | Explains the small files stored on your device, which ones keep you signed in, and how to clear them from your browser without losing account access at any point. |
| Security Page | Sets out password guidance, device checks and what to do if you think someone else has reached your profile. The same access rules, described plainly here. |
| Payments Page | Describes how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transfers are matched to your account, and which reference numbers we hold afterwards for reconciliation. |
| Support Page | Lists chat hours, email routes and the path to follow if a reply takes too long. The same desk handles the privacy requests listed above in the contact block. |
| Updates Log | A dated history of changes across every policy document we publish, so you can check what moved and when without hunting for an older saved copy. |
How This Document Is Laid Out
We keep this page plain on purpose. Sections run in the order you would naturally ask questions, headings are short, and each commitment sits beside the...
Summary Strip
Four badges sit under the headline naming the data categories this page covers, so you can tell in seconds whether your question is answered below. No hunting required.
Short Headings
Each block carries a two-word eyebrow and a plain headline, letting you scan straight to the part you need instead of reading every paragraph from the beginning.
Plain-Language Blocks
Commitments appear in everyday English with no legal padding. Where a term carries a technical meaning, we explain it in the same sentence rather than elsewhere.
Retention Table
Instead of a vague promise, a short table shows how long each record type is held and what triggers deletion once that period closes. Columns stay narrow and dates stay plain.
Version Stamp
A dated stamp near the headline shows which revision you are reading, so screenshots, support tickets and older links can be checked against one clear moment in time.
Contact Block
The closing block repeats the email address and chat route for privacy questions, making it easy to act on what you just read without scrolling back.
